
Monday, Sept. 14's home JH football games with Walters have been canceled.

ECP School District has received notification that an employee has tested positive for Covid-19. The staff member displayed symptoms this morning at their home and decided to take precautions and go get tested. The test was positive and the staff member is on a 10-day quarantine based on the positive test. The administration is conducting contact tracing with the help of the local health department and the employee and will notify anyone that has been in close contact. Those close contacts will be placed on a 14-day quarantine. Due to a driver shortage, ECP schools will be consolidating its 5 bus routes into 4 routes starting Friday morning, Sept. 11. Notes will come home with students tomorrow after school to inform parents of new morning pick-up times.

To all ECP parents, students, community members, and staff members, Our district learned this evening that a student in our district has tested positive for COVID-19. The student's symptoms began with a headache on Friday and the student continued to feel ill today so the family chose to have the child tested and the results were positive. The district administrators have worked together to identify close contacts with this student and have notified those families to quarantine their students and watch for symptoms for the next 14 days. The district administrators will be contacting the local health department to determine if any other steps need to be taken at this time.
