All JH Softball Girls going into 7th or 8th grades, we will start softball practice next week Monday(27th)-Thursday from 8-10 AM. I know there are other things going on and not everyone can make it, but please be there if you can. Make sure you bring some water.

ECP Band: The band room will be open for practice today from 10am until 12pm. Band camp starts next week! Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, lunch is provided. Attendance is required for all students participating in marching band or color guard.

ECP Band: Band parents/guardians, please join the ECP Band Booster Member Group on Facebook and fill out the survey regarding fundraising. If you do not have Facebook, email Mr. Reisetter for a link to the survey.

The band room is open from now until at least 12:00 pm. I might stay until 1:00 pm if enough students want to practice. All of the instruments are back from the repair shop and can be checked out if you need an instrument. Now is a great time to come by if you need extra copies of music, need to swap instruments, or have any questions about the upcoming season! Instruments are available for any 6th-12th grade student who has already been in band for a year and is enrolling in band this year!

📚☀️ SUMMER READING CHALLENGE! ☀️📚 Elmore City-Pernell Elementary School is excited to share the Second Lady's 2026 Summer Reading Challenge for students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade! Students are encouraged to read and track 12 books of their choice between June 1 and September 4, 2026. Every book counts! After completing the challenge, participants can submit their reading log and reflection to receive a personalized certificate, a commemorative America 250 bookmark, and a special prize opportunity. As an added bonus, students who complete the challenge will be entered for a chance to visit Washington, D.C. and the White House with a chaperone. 📖 Read 12 books 📝 Complete the reading log and reflection 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Have a parent/guardian sign the submission form 📅 Submit by September 4, 2026 Summer is the perfect time to discover new adventures through reading. The ECP HS Cheerleaders attended J&C Cheer Camp this weekend! We had a great performance, 8 cheerleaders were named Camp All-Stars, and Solo/Duo Talent Show Winners!
