Mission Statement

The Mission of the SCOAEC is to provide a unique alternative educational experience, helping At-Risk students achieve academic and social success while working towards their educational goals, one of which is acquiring a high school diploma.

Goal Statement

The Goal of the SCOAEC will be to afford students the opportunity to progress towards and achieve the goal of graduation. A computer-based, self-paced program will be utilized to achieve this goal, along with any curriculum provided by the home school. All students will be given the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements of their home school.

Objective Statement

The Objective of the SCOAEC is to provide the At-Risk students with the means and motivation to become productive human beings in our ever-changing society and workplace.
