Elmore City-Pernell Public Schools

Earlier this morning, the OSSAA sent out a message saying to cancel all school activities ASAP. At that time we asked our softball team to return from a game and did not allow our track team to travel to their meet. About 30 minutes later the OSSAA sent another message clarifying they were only postponing the Regional and State competitions and that all local games would be left up to the decision of the schools. Unfortunately both our softball team and track team were negatively impacted by the miscommunication between the OSSAA and member districts. However, activities will continue for previously scheduled games. We will continue to communicate with the OSSAA about activities over Spring Break and will keep you informed.
